Please follow the steps below to return your order to us. We will then do our best to ensure that everything is processed properly.
Step 1: Pack the product you wish to return in its original box or packaging.
Step 2: Fill in the form below. We will then ensure that a return form is sent to you as soon as possible.
Step 3: Print out the completed return form and add it to the packaging.
Step 4: Drop off your return at a parcel point of your choice. Use a parcel service with track and trace to ensure that your parcel reaches us safely. Note: Make sure to keep the proof of posting that you receive from the post office!
Step 5: Once the return has reached us, we will process it and ensure you receive a refund within 7 - 14 working days. The cost of the return is for the customer.
